Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s decision to go into his next project, a remake of the 1952 classic Baiju Bawra has aroused a whole lot healthy curiosity in the audience. That it would be a musical opus in the grand style of Bhansali’s Devdas goes without saying. Filmmaker Raju Mavani loses his battle to cancer The film industry has lost another member. After the news of the demise of Venus Records and Tapes owner Champak Jain, news came that actor and filmmaker Raju Mavani passed away after losing his battle to cancer. He passed away on October 31 morning. Raju Mavani was suffering from kidney ailments for years before he was diagnosed with cancer. He was fighting the disease for three years before succumbing to the disease. The cremation will take place on Friday at 6 pm at Oshiwara in Mumbai. Raju Mavani had launched Suniel Shetty in 1992 in Balwaan . Sooryavanshi: Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty to shoot a grand carnival song It seems like Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Sooryavanshi is coming to a close. The film began in May earlier this year followed by Bangkok and Hyderabad schedules. Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn, who have a cameo as Simmba and Singham , shot climax in Hyderabad earlier in October.
